Clad in faux Ivory with woven brass wire, copper awnings and leaves, this is an Indianate style aviary for dove, finch or statue. This piece was designed to be a suitable addition to the furnishings of a palace like the Brighton Pavilion which is a great example of the style. Indianiate is an especially English development and often a very elegant mixture of styles.
